DA Honeybees and other David Archuleta fan sites have been helping to spread the word about a new charity auction which starts on October 1. Sherry Gilbert is working with Hearts and Hands, a group of Angels For A Cause fans, to promote the upcoming auction of a quilt throw and pillow. The handmade items were signed by David Archuleta; proceeds from the auction will go to Rising Star Outreach. The lovely quilt and pillow set is called “Gifts From The Heart” and features heart shapes on denim and plaid squares. See larger images by clicking on each thumbnail below.

IT STARTED WITH DAVID’S INSPIRATION

Many of David’s fans from across
The country put their time and
Devotion together to design and
create this quilted throw and pillow.

Our hope is it will encourage others
To use David’s inspiration to reach
Out and help others as David is doing.

The squares are symbolic of hearts
And hands working together.

The cuddly throw and pillow are
Symbolic of the warmth and love
David is spreading to people
Throughout the world.

Please help “save the day” for children suffering from this curable condition.
